Electrical maintenance and repairs, sorted before they stop you
Planned maintenance and repairs for landlords, letting agents, property managers and businesses across Greater Manchester and Cheshire East. One number, an electrician who knows your sites, and every visit written up.
What does an electrical maintenance contract cover?
A maintenance contract puts your electrical checks on a schedule: EICRs and fixed wire testing when they fall due, PAT testing, emergency lighting and alarm tests, lamp replacements and repairs with agreed response times. You get a written report after every visit and a calendar of what is due next. One-off repairs are from £95 including VAT and the first hour. Out-of-hours emergencies go through our sister company, The Emergency Electricians, on the same number.
