Electrical contracting for builders, developers and businesses
Full electrical packages for new builds, extensions, refurbishments, conversions and commercial fit-outs. Design, first and second fix, distribution, testing and certification, priced in writing from your drawings and run to your programme.
What does an electrical contractor do for your project?
We take the whole electrical package off your hands: design and load calculations, containment and cabling at first fix, boards, sockets, lighting and data at second fix, then testing, certification and Building Control notification. Work is priced per project from your drawings or a free site visit, and any variations are agreed in writing before they are done. Builders and developers book us as their regular electrical subcontractor.
